LUCKY'S STORY: I was at a wedding reception at the Roosevelt on Hollywood Blvd. and there was a commotion outside. A woman was dragging a THREE week old puppy on a leash (trying to sell him), it was cold out and this puppy should have still been under his mother's belly. This appeared to be a sympathy scam so she can get a buck for the pup . She got her buck and I hit the jack-pot . I was aware that he may be very sick and not survive but I didn't care, he needed to be rescued from that situation. I wrapped him up in one of the velvet dinner napkins and took him home. My two cats who have never seen a dog before fell in love with him and raised him as if he were their kitten. I have so many amazing clips of the three of them and I try to pack them into these videos. Thanks for watching, I hope you enjoy it : )

Kitten Still Loves Puppy

Egon and Izzy are all grown up, but they still love each other like when they were little. Or do they?

Rex & Rebel Playing

My mother in law's dog Rex doesn't like playing with puppies much but I finally managed to catch a few shots of him playing with Rebel [almost 3 months old].

Funny Sleeping Places

He sleeps with us and likes to lay down at the headboard in the shelf.

While he’s in there he likes to lick the mirror.

“Ah, but it’s comfortable.”

He loves to sleep in the bathroom when he’s too hot.

It’s even cooler behind the toilet.

First Time at The Beach

Cash’s first time at the beach. The tide was high and the sand was messy.

He just walked right in then he was surprised when he couldn’t touch the bottom and he started doing the doggy peddle and turned around quickly.

He ran on the sand and he was like “what the hell was that?” .. but “Mmm it’s salty.”

“I prefer it on the sand."

And like all dogs, he liked to roll in the sand after he was all wet.

I had to carry him in the water again since he didn’t want to come on his own this time.

“This is fun!”

I Met Belle

My sister came by with her Shih Tzu Belle. They were really excited to meet each other for the first time. They played quite a lot. Belle had enough and wanted to stop but Cash kept biting her ears and tail and running after her. It was fun to watch. You can view the video below the two following pictures.

 

It was hard to take still shots since they wouldn’t stop playing.

I Love Napping a Lot

I was playing and pulling the blanket that was on the couch then I laid down and took a nap.

I’m so comfortable I get in all sorts of funny positions and fall asleep.

I love to cuddle with my new toy bunny. I pretend it’s one of my sibling. He’s all cuddly and as big as me.

I had put the recliner up and he went to lay down underneath. I don’t lift it anymore because I fear of squishing him.

My 2nd Day Home

On my second day at my new home I walked around with caution to explore. They still haven’t found me a name. They want to take their time to make sure I get the right one.

 

Look how small I am compared to my mommy’s hand.

Whenever Mommy puts some water in the container bowl outside I pick it up with my mouth and play with it. This made her laugh. This container is a small one. She now uses a stainless steal bowl so I won’t pick it up.

Meet Me, My Parents & Siblings

I was born June 16, 2010. I have 5 brothers and 2 sisters. My mother is part Chow Chow and my father a Terrier. Below you get to meet my whole family.

My parents came to get me on August 19, 2010. I was the first one to greet them  whey they arrived. At first they sort of wanted a brown one with a black face, but my Daddy was more attracted to me and I seemed friendlier plus he liked that I was the runt of the litter.

Here’s the first picture they took of me that evening as soon as I came to my new home. I was a bit shy and scared of everything that was new – and so very tired! I was also sick twice in the car on my way over. :(
